My first social networking site was Orkut. Then I saw people using Facebook and it was hard leaving orkut and then I moved to Facebook. I saw a lot of friends and the platform was real easy. You can add friends, poke them and send messages and games and so many other things.
But the best thing was the wall. You can see a lot of information or rather all the information that people shared and we loved it. People shared videos and photos and we got to know a lot more about the society and Facebook was the actual social networking platform.
But then it just became a platform where people came and post whatever they want toco.
Currently I am fed up of seeing so much fake information on Facebook that I am planning to quit using Facebook because it seems like what used to be a social networking platform now currently has become anti social. Just because some people are able to post whatever they like to and some people taking them as truth and reacting to it. For me at the moment facebook is nothing but mere a place where I am dead sure more than half is fake.
Facebook tried to connect people with their internet.org platform by connecting people and allowing them to use facebook for free. I am happy that it didnt happen because then the information would be further manipulated.
Let me share an example suppose I know how to use photoshop and use it to frame my colleague by photoshopping an image where he is kicking something sacred for any religion and share it on Facebook. I have more than 3000 friends on Facebook(yes I know they are not friends but I do have 3k connections and if I share something it will be seen by a percentage of them) and they will see and react to it rather than even trying to know if its true or not.
I dont know what is the solution but everytime I go on Facebook now a lot of negativity comes seeing people complaining about each and everything. I am planning to quit using facebook. It was pleasure with you but not anymore.

Why do some people get all the luck while others never get the breaks they deserve?
A psychologist says he has discovered the answer.
Ten years ago, I set out to examine luck. I wanted to know why some people are always in the right place at the right time, while others consistently experience ill fortune. I placed advertisements in national newspapers asking for people who felt consistently lucky or unlucky to contact me.
Hundreds of extraordinary men & women volunteered for my research & over the years, I have interviewed them, monitored their lives & had them take part in experiments.
The results reveal that although these people have almost no insight into the causes of their luck, their thoughts & behaviour are responsible for much of their good & bad fortune. Take the case of seemingly chance opportunities. Lucky people consistently encounter such opportunities, whereas unlucky people do not.
I carried out a simple experiment to discover whether this was due to differences in their ability to spot such opportunities. I gave both lucky and unlucky people a newspaper, and asked them to look through it & tell me how many photographs were inside.
I had secretly placed a large message halfway through the newspaper saying : “Tell the experimenter you have seen this and win $50.”
This message took up half of the page & was written in type that was more than two inches high. It was staring everyone straight in the face, but the unlucky people tended to miss it & the lucky people tended to spot it.
Unlucky people are generally more tense than lucky people, and this anxiety disrupts their ability to notice the unexpected. As a result, they miss opportunities because they are too focused on looking for something else.
They go to parties’; intent on finding their perfect partner & so miss opportunities to make good friends. They look through newspapers determined to find certain types of job advertisements & miss other types of jobs.
Lucky people are more relaxed & open, and therefore see what is there rather than just what they are looking for. My research eventually revealed that lucky people generate good fortune via four principles.
They are skilled at creating & noticing chance opportunities, make lucky decisions by listening to their intuition, create self-fulfilling prophesies via positive expectations, and adopt a resilient attitude that transforms bad luck into good.
Towards the end of the work, I wondered whether these principles could be used to create good luck. I asked a group of volunteers to spend a month carrying out exercises designed to help them think & behave like a lucky person. Dramatic results!!!
These exercises helped them spot chance opportunities, listen to their intuition, expect to be lucky, and be more resilient to bad luck. One month later, the volunteers returned & described what had happened. The results were dramatic : 80% of people were now happier, more satisfied with their lives & perhaps most important of all, luckier.
The lucky people had become even luckier & the unlucky had become lucky. Finally, I had found the elusive “luck factor”.
Here are the top for tips for becoming lucky:
1) Listen to your gut instincts – they are normally right
2) Be open to new experiences and breaking Ur normal routine
3) Spend a few moments each day remembering things that went well
4) Visualize Urself being lucky before an important meeting or telephone call.
Have a Lucky day.
There are times when its hard to make decisions. You find it hard to know where you are heading to and what you are doing and why you are doing things. Here are a few questions that will change the way you think about life and your doings. Do give these questions a thought and try to answer them.
1. If you didn’t know how old you were, what would you guess your age to be?
2. In the end of your life, will you have said more, or done more?
3. If the average human lifespan was only 40 years, how would you live differently?
4. If happiness was money, what would make you rich?
5. Would you rather do the right thing, or do things right?
6. What is better: a worried genius, or a joyful idiot?
7. Would you rather lose all of your old memories, or not be able to make new ones?
8. Can you know the truth without challenging it?
9. Have you ever actually encountered your greatest fear? If not – why is it your greatest fear?
10. Are you simply alive, or truly living?
11. What did you do today that you’ll actually remember?
12. Are you doing what you believe in? Or simply getting by?
13. How much have you actually controlled the path of your life?
14. If you could offer someone one piece of advice, what would it be?
15. Would you give up 10 years of your life to be attractive or famous?
16. Would you rather have less work to do, or more work doing what you love?
17. Do you ever feel like you’re re-living the same day over and over?
18. If we learn from mistakes, why are we so afraid to make them?
19. How comes what makes you happy doesn’t make everyone happy?
20. Why are you, you?
21. What would you do differently if there was no one to judge you?
22. in the decisions you are making right now: are they for you? or for someone else?
23. Which is worse: failing or never trying?
24. Does something that upset me 5 years ago even matter anymore? Why?
25. If not now, when?

Lessons for life :A rare conversation between Ramkrishna Paramahansa & Swami Vivekanand
Swami Vivekanand:- I can’t find free time. Life has become hectic.
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Activity gets you busy. But productivity gets you free.
Swami Vivekanand:- Why has life become complicated now?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Stop analyzing life.. It makes it complicated. Just live it.
Swami Vivekanand:- Why are we then constantly unhappy?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Worrying has become your
habit. That’s why you are not happy.
Swami Vivekanand:- Why do good people always suffer?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Diamond cannot be polished without friction. Gold cannot be purified without fire. Good people go through trials, but don’t suffer.
With that experience their life becomes better, not bitter.
Swami Vivekanand:- You mean to say such experience is useful?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Yes. In every term, Experience is a hard teacher. She gives the test first and the lessons afterwards.
Swami Vivekanand:- Because of so many problems, we don’t know where we are heading…
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- If you look outside you will not know where you are heading. Look inside. Eyes provide sight. Heart provides the way.
Swami Vivekanand:- Does failure hurt more than moving in the right direction?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Success is a measure as decided by others. Satisfaction is a measure as decided by you.
Swami Vivekanand:- In tough times, how do you stay motivated?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Always look at how far you have come rather than how far you have to go. Always count your blessing, not what you are missing.
Swami Vivekanand:- What surprises you about people?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- When they suffer they ask, “why me?” When they prosper, they never ask “Why me?”
Swami Vivekanand:- How can I get the best out of life?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear.
Swami Vivekanand:- One last question. Sometimes I feel my prayers are not answered.
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- There are no unanswered prayers. Keep the faith and drop the fear. Life is a mystery to solve, not a problem to resolve. Trust me. Life is wonderful if you know how to live.

A bird and its few chicks were worried as the paddy field in which they were staying was ready to be reaped but the chicks were yet not ready to be able to fly and move ahead in their life and they were afraid of their life if the crops are reaped they will be left open to be prey and wont live even an hour after that as any animal will consume them. The bird was a bit positive as it has never seen the owner and had thought that there is a rare chance that he will come and reap the crops.
The chicks were terrified when they saw a person with his child coming to the field, the bird conveyed that he probably is the owner and has come to reap. They tried to hear the conversation. The boy asked his father about reaping the crops and father said that he will ask his brother to reap it tomorrow and they left. Chicks were horrified hearing that but the bird told them nothing is going to happen just be clam and watch. No one came the child and the father came the next day and the child asked the same question again and father this time said that he will ask his maternal uncle to come and reap the crops. The bird again asked the chicks to remain calm as nothing is going to happen and it did. Again they came and the child asked the same question and then the father said I will ask my cousin to come and reap it. Chick were ready to fly but were not strong enough and the bird asked to stay for another day as it knew nothing will happen next day too. The child and father came and child again asked his father to reap. This time father said lets come tomorrow and reap the crops. The bird knew that tomorrow the crops will be reaper so they all decided that they will leave early morning and move ahead in their life as they are strong enough to fly and face the world. Father and son came the next day and reaped the field they say saw some hatched eggs in the field ☺

“It’s hilarious isn’t it” – she giggled with her most innocent face, the way she laughs on herself, makes her cutest Barbie on earth.
After all, who chuckles that way, when you get butter glued on your hair, but that’s her, different but mad totally mad.
If I would have closer to her, I might have pushed her to the washroom for a hair wash, but what all I can do on this video chat.
She got the most innocent face, I have ever seen but as it said everything is mortal in this world, So was her innocence for me, at least for me……
That very yuck moment has now become an aromatic memory of mine.
Today I can see that innocence taken over by hatred for me, at least for me.
Whaaaaaaaat you both still see each other?
Crazy nuts, it’s impossible now, but there are few people whose emotion you can understand without seeing each other, without even talking.
Silence is the most powerful communication, which I witnessed with her.
Whaaaaaaaaat you both still talk with each other?
Ohh gosh! Why you always forget, we are in age of social media, where gestures of human are replaced by their way of responding to a message or chat. Last seen option might have broken thousand of hearts every day, where a yearning lover looks at IM (Instant Messenger) window every now and then of his lover.
But I love this technology, you know why because every morning when she becomes non-vegetarian, I mean a red dot symbol beside her name of FB, I come to know she woke up, Around 1 pm in noon that symbol disappear and I get to know her office CAB, might have arrived and she hop into that with her phone call with him, after all she loves to talk in CAB (vaise bhi room mein network kahan aata hai J). She would keep reminding the driver to keep the volume low.
Late in the midnight, After 12:40, It was in my mind that she will be in her cab, her dad call might have came to know, to ensure that she reaches home safe. While imagining that I keep waiting for her to become Non Vegetarian…………………………………………………………………

Logo ne thukra diya haal-e-garibi dekh kar ae dost…
hum to aaj bhi badshah hai dosti k bazar mein….
Baqa-e-Husn-e-Ulfat Per Yaqeen Kitna Tha Dono Ko,,
Yahaan Har Cheez Fanaa Hai..Na Tum Samjhe Na Hum Samjhe !!
Pyaas Kehti Hai Kay Ab Ret Nichorhi Jaaye..
Apnay Hissay Mein Samandar Nahi Aanay Wala
Saara Shehar Meri Deewangi Se Waqif Raha Magar…
Ik Shakhs Ki Aankhon Say Be-Aitbaari Na Gayi…!!
usne mere jakham ka kuch yun kiya ilaaz…
Ki marham lagaya wo bhi khanjar ki nok pay…!!!
Aawargi chod di humne to log bhulne lage hai…
warna shorat kadam chumti thi jab hum “BaDnaaM” hua krte the…!!!
Kaash main palaat jaoon bachpan ki waadi me…
na koi zaroorat thi, na koi zaroori tha…!!!
Ye uska tarz-e-takhatub bhi khoob hai mohsin
Ishq k hissay main b Raviwaar hona chahiye. ……….
LIKHNA THA K KHUSH HAIN TERAY BAGHAIR BHI,
zindagi me ek esa mod aaya mohabbt ek se hui or naffrt dunniya se
Ajeeb tarah se guzri he zindagi apni,
Dilon pe raaz kiya fir b Mohabbat ko tarasta raha…
hum kabhi khush bhi to nahi hote kuch boondo se,
aur aaye agar sailaab to ghabra jatey hai ..
Ek Woh Waqt Tha Jab Hum Sochte The Ki Humara Bhi Waqt Ayega …
Aur Ek Ye Waqt Hai Ki Hum Sochte Hain Ki Woh Bhi Kya Waqt Tha …!!
Sharafato ki koi keemat hi nahi shahar mein,
kisi ka kuch na bigado to kaun darta hein.
Shayad Ke Yeh Zamana Unhe Poojne Lage,
Kuch Log Iss Khayal Se Pathar Ke Ho Gaiye…
Naadaangi ki hadd hai zara unhe dekho to…….
Wo mujhe khokr mere jaisa Dhuundte hai………….
is baat ka afsos rahega tamam umra
unki hanseen julfon me giraftar hum na the
har tarah ke samjhote ko tayyar hum na the
apno ki sajiso ko bawaqt samajh pate
afsos ki itne samajhdar hum na the
So Baar Kaha Main Ne, Inkaar Hai Mohabbat Se.,
Har Baar wo kehta hai…, Tu Dil Se Nahi Kehta..!
khaak mutthi mey qabar ki liye bus yahi sochti hoon,
insaan jo martey hai…… toh uska gurur kaha jata hai……. ???
kya gazab ki taqseem hai teri mere maulaa…..
mai tanhaa.. aur halaat samundar….!!
